       @Rasp could it be ipv6? If its just google + a small number of sites it tends to be an ipv6 issue, and a VPN can easily fix that.

       @Rasp @Mia eh, I've done some head swaps on the desk in my office and pulled >99% of the data, that air wasn't particularly clean, (that was a weird week, 3 drives, all needing head swaps, it actually convinced me to finally build a little clean box in case I had to do more)

       @Rasp @B_Whitewind Second on the cast iron, and with hexclad's pricing even Le Creuset's stuff looks inexpensive, and those tend to be handed down generationally.

       @Rasp 12 is usually rated for 20amp, so it should be fine, most countertop appliances are rated for 15a anyway, cause that's what the breaker probably is. (And yeah, the wire inside the thing is probably some cheap aluminum 15ga, just to be at an odd size)
