       @seldo same. I now run my finger around the charging ring on each pod before putting them into the case, and make sure the light indicates each pod has a good seat each time I put them away. Seems to be working so far.

       @davidgerard @abetancort @thomasfuchs the sad fact is that Mastodon has as much of a ‘single person running things who can’t manage their ego’ problem as twitter does. It’s just not as blatantly obvious to the users.

       An utter failure by the FAA who should have known full well how much damage the latest government-funded SpaceX launch would cause. This article predicted it, and noted that the launch site was only 500ft from protected wildlife.In reality the ejecta from the launch went at least 1100ft due to the lack of flame trench and suppression.        Can someone expert in #uspol explain how they can have a system so broken that RFK Jr can be tweeting Nazi dog whistles and be a ‘Democratic’ Presidential candidate, and the Democratic Party can’t (or won’t?) just say “no, you don’t represent us”?
