I’ve been struggling with breathing since my Moderna poke and found a tea that seems to be helping a little. I was excited to share the good news in an #amazon review but wondered if my vax status note would be accepted. Guess what. #mullein tea.

@MountainJay it’s astonishing and I feel in Canada it’s coming back. I’m so happy to share a possible solution to a lung inflammation problem others may have, albeit on the fedeverse. Maybe not Amazon.

@LebRonPaul thanks i'm on a zinc, vitamin D and neti pot nasal rinse with Betadyne since it happened. i feel I've never been this healthy... except for the vastly reduced lung capacity.

@Nazareno my breathing has become laboured and after waiting almost a year to see a respirologist he sent me home with a May 2024 followup. I can't breathe. I can't sleep. The coughing is unbearable. I've ordered the McCulough #COVID #spike #protien reduction mix of Nattokinase, Bromelain and Piperine. I hope this works. I'm feeling this is going to be how it ends for me unless these supplements work.

ITM. I'm looking for a dude named Ben for hire to help me, please. My delivery from my private email server to gmail and outlook has been failing and is now unusable. It's the SPF/DKIM settings I need to set. But my website is hosted in one place and my email is hosted on another server. I think this is the issue. I can't quite figure it out myself. @IceCubeSoup @SigPig some great questions. My email is hosted on hover.com seems legit but my domain is hosted on a shared IP that I suspect may be some of the problem. I have added the recommended DKIM/SPF to both the DNS for my hosting and my email. Can I delete this from my hosting?

@maxburn thank you! @raintrees identified a possible missing line so I've made that change to hostpapa's 237 line DNS entry (!) and will let this stew overnight. I definitely have something strange going on with webhosting on one platform (hostpapa) and my email through another (hover)
