@redstarfish So, the totient function is supposed to count the relative primes to n. For any integer n proof exists (e.g. https://proofwiki.org/wiki/Euler_Phi_Function_of_Prime_Power). Your theorem states, that p^(n-1) integers are non relative primes to p^n. So basically the result of all numbers in range 1 to (p^n) that are non-relative prime. A simple proof can be made be by induction. If the totient function gives x for p,n then x* = (p^n)-x. Do induction. ???. Profit :)
