As a general rule you don’t want to end the day with too many more holes than you stared it with. You certainly don’t want to set a new record for puncture wounds at the local hospital. Microsoft has stumbled into this incredible business model of churning out constant, confusing, updates and deprecations, where none of their public facing support channels are ever up to date, and most end users have no idea what version they should be on, because they know a significant portion of their userbase will absolutely refuse to learn how to use a nearly identical piece of software.

I use Teams at work. It sucks. It’s whole thing is “you can do all of your work in this one app”, which is true so long as you don’t care about doing a good job. You can open a document in there so long as you don’t care about using the message feature while reviewing it. Or that it’s incredibly slow. Or that some of your regular shortcut commands get wonky.
