@LordWoolamaloo That 5hr cut explained so much that the 3hr cut didn't, and I'm livid it took me this long to find a copy of the 5hr cut in the US. It's 3 movies in one, and it's so good. It's a road movie until it clearly isn't. So much space to breathe. ❤️

Either there are not enough #meshtastic nodes in #Austin and no one is hearing me beyond the first hop, or there are too many nodes that are unmonitored. In the month I've had my radios, I've yet to have an actual conversation with another human beyond a call and response. I have better luck with traceroutes, if you can believe that. CQ from Kablooey, I guess.

On the heels of #Netflix announcing we can no longer cast to TVs from our phone apps, #Plex writes to remind me that soon the Plex app on #Roku will be as limited for remote streaming as the phone app, and to do it the server owner must pay for a #PlexPass. I mean, I already have one, for life, but goddamn, they're really taking it all away and selling it back to us.Anybody remember when Plex was just XBox Media Center ( #xbmc )? How soon until #Jellyfin suffers the same fate?

I'm getting the feeling that Netflix wants to go back to the bad old cable TV days, where service is provided at a fixed address, instead of having people walking around with their phones, presenting content with their friends or on the road. It allows them to sell better ad targeting and media market metrics so they can goose their ad sales income.

@ricci I get a work email every time someone commits a patch to one of the 200+ repos on our internal git server. So does everyone else. And there's another email every time a patch changes state, whether I'm involved or not. I feel your pain.
