       @MrTinMD @acdha from the comments I am reading, many people seem to have made assumptions that flexible would be forever and made some fairly significant financial decisions based on that. Flexible is very different than remote based on what I have seen here.

       Not only is the perpetually pot smoking neighbor out of the house next door, so is my always cold spouse. The cats and I are enjoying having all the windows open with no smoke drifting in and no one complaining about it being too cold in here.
