@BrodieOnLinux 100% agree! I'd be very much eager to delete my fb/insta accounts and follow/interact with all my friends there from the mastodon one. Even if all mastodon instances block Meta, I'll set up my own! 🤓 The ones who fear the integration can block it individually instead of being party poopers ffs 😑

@BrodieOnLinux Well, for occasional use web is way preferable imo - nothing runs constantly in background and eats system resources, and one less app means -1 potential vulnerability point. Also it's not very reasonable to have all eggs in one basket.

@BrodieOnLinux Naah, regardless how right OP can be preaching from a "moral high ground" does not make any good and "touch some grass you plebs" smells like shite.People mostly just need a good browser without compromising on privacy and security, be it from A-zilla or B-zilla and browser choice do matter (sometimes even in philosophical sense :D) even though at times we all go to the extremes.
