@theTDC People really like to hate Musk. The hardware hack is a bunch of nothing in terms of threatening starlink. In terms of performance, it does well in the US except for some people in IL who complain about speeds dropping. One issue is people expect the internet to be like gigabit fiber. California tech fags complain about it when any performance degradation occurs.Starlink can also geo lock the service which means Ukrainian troops may have signal issues if Starlink was told to block parts lost to Russia. There is also the issue of needing functional downlinks as the laser link isn't fully operational yet. The russian military allegedly has sigint/sigops? equipment capable of sending signals to the satellites in an attempt to jam it.

@Becassine At least in the US , thats partly true depending on the sect/culture. There are some uniquely American christian sects that create messed up children due to their social isolation and refusal to participate in/use certain things.People who go to Catholic school can easily point out the children from overly religious Catholic families due to how maladjusted they are. You have to ready your children for the world but some parents keep them from it which causes a lot of issues for the children when they're trying to make it in the world.The media will show the bad outcomes and even twist them to make the show more dramatic but these abusive religious situations aren't as rare as people think.

They promote the "diversity" culture which enables their abusive behavior and they will call out companies who promote "DEI" to browbeat them into compliance. They've created a system that allows them to continue being predators and abrasive people while coworkers have to deal with it silently or anonymously. Normal people see a crafted view of trannies so they cannot pattern recognize these trannies are horrible people.
