@holymolyrocky A good form Quercetin will help the zinc get absorbed better known as ionophores. There is also Epigallocatechin which assist zinc the same way. I like to use both natural sources and supplements.Natural sources are as simple as: Quercetin: Capers, Blueberries, Blackberries and hot peppers to name a few.Epigallocatechin: Carob flour, green and black tea, plums to name a few.Zinc: Baked beans, Ground Beef, and Sunflower seeds.
