       @ndz Yes, but they are rare. There's a couple of examples in New Zealand documented here: http://www.amalgamate2000.com/radio-hobbies/radio/Index.htmI guess the reasons for them being uncommon is that it's tricky to avoid them repeating noise and spurious signals, and ground based systems aren't subject to the extreme low power requirements that make them attractive for satellites.
