@kev Hey Kev. I guess I much prefer a single device which will met do all I need from photography to writing and feeling it is part of the ecosystem I enjoy using. I also enjoy the iPhone 12 Pro quite a bit and just what it brings me in day to day life. I don't think those other devices would let me live the way I do. I enjoy the way the things work together.

Yay! My visa extension finished for Cambodia. Took them 4 days. Gives me a year. Renewable if I want. Multiple exit and entry. Hello Malaysia and Vietnam. Made my morning! 😀. Now i can get even lazier.

@ray I remember almost giving up. After the obsidian days. I wanted my own thing. Then I found cloudways and their cloud hosting. I do think we all go through ups and downs with it. Back in the early 2000s Technorati produced a year of blogging retrospective each year. I worked for them for part of it. Blogging then so different yet in so many ways the same. I remember writing on advogato then. Hey @mikkaWhat do you think.

@ray this is next door in Cambodia. Vietnam is not changing their visa policies. So I took an easy visa extension for a year. No stress or irritation. Now it is easy to go anywhere here. I had this same extension before when I lived in Cambodia. Even used the same visa agent. I’ll go to Vietnam in December. For 30 days. Then return to Cambodia. All of a 50 minute flight.

@Gina that would be nice! Where I lived in Vietnam we all adopted a stray cat. She was very suspicious at first but we won out. Soon she would only hiss at new people that lived in our apartment complex. Watch Cat!
