@Truthy One would destroy a great deal, the issue is firing them in series to build a wave that would strike along a coastline. going off along the upper east coast destroying the cities there, then several more going off along the se coast would potentially eliminate most of the east coast population. Then the Miles of vaporized sea water would cause rain not seen since an asteroid impact. several hundred foot tall tsunami. This is just one weapon system, let us not have a war please.

@PNS not 80, not 70 but 49. Maybe we should make a determination of a human definition. Someone who has our shape but an IQ of 49 is not human... Bring in 3 experts and see if anyone would rate him above 65, if he is shown to be a danger to others and has IQ above 65 judged by at least one of the experts then he can go to prison or an asylum. Otherwise his family is responsible for any harm he does and if they don't want the responsibility (ie they go to jail) then painlessly Euthanize him.

@Starprophet oh, so taking advantage of a stainless steel balloon. Strength under tension, So the upper stage numbers for weight are mainly motors, tanks and other propulsion focused material. 1500 metric tons of propellant, it is really amazing to think about that contained in just 85 metric tons of material. It really is a steel balloon. The loss of so few missiles is a real accomplishment when dealing with this type of tech. The materials have had to be spot on, awesome job.
