       @sandrapunzel @heiseonline Grundsätzlich ist es ja durchaus möglich, sich in der Beratung absichtsvoll mit Themen im Unternehmen (z.B. Wunsch nach Innovationsfähigkeit) zu beschäftigen. Aber die Einführung von fertigen Blueprints nach Plan muss scheitern, egal wie groß der Wunsch nach einfacher Lösung ist.

       @sandrapunzel @heiseonline Oft ist der Wunsch nach "Agilität" von Unternehmen sehr unklar und kann Ausdruck von allem Möglichen sein. Eine seriöse Beratung wird sich erstmal ausführlich mit Hypothesenbildung zum System beschäftigen.
