@aliss Be interested to see what you find. Really love Go's "fo fmt" and just setting it to format all my code. It's just a thing I do not have to worry about.Had to do a small C project and auto-ran indent in the Makefile to keep that formatting consistent. It's just a set and forget thing and leaves me to worry about more important things like the various error return codes of accept().

@webmink @neilhimself I think it sends a message to the "traditional model" that artists have options and they will use other options if one model is exploitative.Which is a good message to send at the moment.

@mjg59 Always wondered why hardware people keep making their tools only for Windows. It's vaguely annoying.Have you looked at cashier (https://github.com/nsheridan/cashier) for securing ssh keys? Generating keys that live a few hours seems like a good idea security-wise (though I'm not an infosec person). Still would need ssh-agent though.

@futurebird When I was in elementary school I used to love getting my new math book. I'd flip to the end and marvel at all the meaningless symbols and thought it was magic how it would all make sense to me at the end of the year.That's what teachers and writers do - magic!

I never fully thought this through, but after being jailed for robbing a bank my dad worked as a programmer for a bank in the late 1960s.Meanwhile my mom was a nun - full penguin - for about a decade.So dad was an ex-con programmer and mom was a penguin.Was there ever a chance of me doing something other than coding daemons on #Linux systems?

@BrodieOnLinux It's fantastic! I found out about @vimwiki from @vkc and I've been using it for the past four months. I'm getting close to retirement and I have a bunch of open source projects I want to work on. VimWiki is my goto tool for organising all that. It's been amazing.If Veronica or the VimWiki devs aver find themselves in Ireland with a fierce thirst on themselves, the pints are on me!
