@nextcloud Thank you for the constant improvements to the platform! This kind of announcements and "surprises" in the free software world usually make me feel uneasy. I really hope you wouldn't package things in ways that make it difficult for individual and small-scale deployments to sustain.

@josemanuel @smaurizi @carlux I am not a newcomer to the fediverse. I created my first account in 2008 on identica. But things have never been this confusing and decimated.At this point I use 4 fediverse accounts on 4 different platforms to be able to stay in touch with my contacts (people I know and people I would like to connect up with).
