also just have to get this off my chest.about the terms "willful ignorance" and "complacency"*unless* it is literally your job to know the details and make important calls, then choosing not to learn about something and take action is called prioritizing.and it's vital for anyone's mental health.using that phrase to guilt trip people, telling them they're complacent or something, is pretty disgusting actually. earn supporters in a more ethical way
