@CliffWade Morning sir!Did not sleep well last night! 😢 My back is twisted 9,000 different ways and is tighter than a sailers knot. Usually week of learning new areas of the business with Friday being back of the phones. As usual, can't wait to be cut loose and free flowing. LOLHave a good day!

@CliffWade True. But actually most of this now is deep stuff on scenarios and procedures. For me, I’m a better, “learn by doing” person, that watching.
