mcd shit is all proprietary gear.so i can see an independent having a griddle go down and just buying a flattop for a few grand instead of buying the mcd autogriddler with all sorts of gadgetry for like 10-20k

yeah. the ring molds are really all they need. those mcd griddles have timers and temp settings for diff meats according to the menu.cost a bunch but they are idiot proof.

red squirrels were the meanest in my yard.we had brown, black and red.reds were the smallest but most aggressive.they were always chasing the black squirrels and fighting with em.
