       @lauriehaley Exactly so. Starmer fought tooth and nail to keep us in the EU. He and we lost. We left, and have to start from scratch as a third country. It is going to take many years. Brexit must be made to work as well as possible in the meantime.

       @paul Sorry, but grow up. Corbyn was truly awful as leader, giving us Brexit & Johnson in number 10 with a huge majority. Unforgiveable. He presided over a terrible time for Jewish people & has never properly apologised for it, though it happened on his watch. He has since behaved like a petulant infant. We don't need more Corbynism, we need more Blair-ism. The best PM of most people's lifetimes. His achievements were immense for working people. So too will Starmer's be. Get a grip on reality.

       @edgeoforever They are losing a generation of young men for nothing. Giving them medals will not bring them back. The Russian people have a lot of mothers and fathers and brothers and sisters and grandmothers and grandfathers, who are devastated and grieving. They may be brain-washed, but they could at least be given a chance to express their feelings. They may surprise you. Many will just want it to stop.
