@leo Player one isn't going to be ready at that price! But it's an interesting looking device. Maybe in another 5/10 years? Improvements in battery tech will definitely help.

@faisal @protonmail hi! yeah I looked into this further as I was initially quite excited about what looked like a good service and reasonable price but then I realised what they call addresses are aliases (something they should really clarify, why do they even limit those?? they're unlimited elsewhere) and they have no plans that work for a family. Real shame. I'll keep a lookout though in case they do release a family plan.

@faisal @protonmail out of interest, does proton mail use something that's interoperable with other services? e.g. if I had a self hosted/on prem e-mail set up and used PGP? Or can you only e-mail with end-to-end encryption with other Proton customers?
