@ZachWeinersmith I would imagine that if the room's mirror matches the wall perfectly, you'd see yourself stretched out proportionately. If it's flat mirrors, then there's imperfect reflections allowing you to view surfaces behind you.

@futurebird I don't know. There is a bank of low, white clouds that are just above the horizon, and they're just looming there.Some might say it's something called "fog" but clearly, it's the product of these troubled times.

@futurebird One of my favorite memories of visiting NYC (the hometown of my parents) when I was little was walking by garbage cans absolutely stuffed full of various broken umbrellas. I'm going to guess that the majority were from tourists unfamiliar with how wind and tall buildings combine in unexpected ways.I'm glad that you've uncovered the secret for how to properly deal with the elements.

@futurebird Sadly, the reason you can't get a data feed for real time base positions is the same reason you can't get one for financial markets. People ruin everything.Definitely agree that baseball on the radio wins, though. Mets have some great on-air talent.

@futurebird Historically, you just make some symbol that you can later reproduce, like an X.A bit like a signature, really.I am waiting for folk to adopt something like the Japanese stamp system for making unique marks.

@futurebird @catsalad If it's any help, there's a long and storied history of underground Mozilla stickers.A whole heck of a lot of them are not approved by branding.(The only one I can think of around dates was a crack about a calendaring system, so not sure it qualifies.)

@futurebird Not that odd. It's part of a "pig butchering" scam.Basically, pretend to miss-dial someone, then try to get friendly, then eventually scam the person for all their money in one of a dozen ways.Either ignore them or give them the other people's numbers.
