Y aceptad mis disculpas por la brasa.Lo que he descubierto es que puedes comprar cualquier cosa, pedir que te la lleven a casa y que no te llegue nunca. La razón es que no te la reservan. Si alguien va a la tienda días después y se lleva el producto que has comprado, tú te quedas sin él. Y esto puede pasar $n$ veces.

Como por contrato tú tienes que estar en el lugar de la recogida (y si no, pierdes el producto y el dinero), vas a perder cuatro horas de tu vida esperando algo que nunca va a llegar.Al día siguiente, pierdes más horas protestando a Atención al Cliente, abren una incidencia y te vuelven a dar una fecha. De nuevo, si alguien se lleva tu producto antes de que lo metan en tu camión, repetición de la historia. Y así, potencialmente, por los siglos de los siglos.

Luego está Atención al Cliente. Pongamos que te abren una incidencia. Te dan el número de la misma por teléfono o por el chat, pero no te mandan un correo o un SMS con la información para que puedas tener una referencia más o menos oficial. Te lo tienes que apuntar en un papel y volver a pasar horas en el teléfono o en el chat si quieres que te actualicen su estado. No hay una URL, no hay una dirección de correo, no hay nada.

¿Cómo sé cuando me llegará el producto solicitado? Si no me llega, lo sabré cuando lleve cuatro horas esperando en un piso semivacío. Si llega, minutos antes. ¿Me da eso tiempo para planificar? Obviamente no.Pues así ‘funciona’ IKEA. Por eso os recomiendo que no compréis allí nunca. Como Trópico de Cáncer, es un prolongado insulto a los consumidores en todos los aspectos de la organización. Desde la propia tienda con sus flechitas hasta Atención al Cliente. No debemos premiar algo así.
