@Unabart bottom line, this little condo (built in the 1980’s), has been in a state of steady decline for the past ten years. I really wanted this place to be a nice little cheap enclave for locals to throw a hook in the water, rent a sea-doo, drink a beer, and gain a teensy amount of slack. It has a ton of potential to become that, but a redneck “everything is fine the way it is” attitude coupled with a lack of funds has condemned this place to remain a dump.And I’m done trying to change it.

@ChasingGhosts personally, I love the term “golden dome”. It automatically brands the advocate a someone who thinks gold would be a good material for a dome. Easily dismissed as stupid.

Snowpocalypse update - Central Texas should be okay. Temp is low, but no more rain in the forecast, so what you see is the worst of it. It'll stay like this for two days, then melt.
