       @paul with a few missing pieces, Ivory is already the best Mastodon client. I know that the era of free/$0.99 apps depressed prices, but I used Tweetbot more than almost any of my desktop apps, some of which cost $150/year. What would be great is if Ivory could offer things that solved other problems like signing up for instances, or bringing in other services.

       @vees Yikes! We got very lucky. My wife is an environmental economist specializing in energy issues, so almost two years ago she locked us into an okay rate with some alternate natural gas provider for two years, which saved us a ton this winter. In the meantime we got rid of our gas stove and water heater.

       @vees my decision after my last concussion from being rear-ended (695!) to treat speed limits as an upper bound has made me exasperating to other drivers, but it’s quite pleasant.

       @vees I can’t say if those are good, but if the new phone has MagSafe charging, you could just get a MagSafe battery, stick it to the back and let it charge off that overnight? Just charge the battery during the day.I use AirPods Pro for this purpose and they’re small enough not to bug me if I fall asleep with them in.
