@vees their data is expensive but I used them years ago with my and my daughter's not-smart-but-still-clever phones. Still much cheaper than a contract.

@vees I grew up in PG County in Seabrook. I can only imagine it has become more populous and congested since I moved away. We only go to the area regularly once a year to see the Christmas lights at Watkins Park as a matter of tradition born from both my husband's (who grew up in Bowie) and my families.

While I appreciate the pollination work that carpenter bees perform, I don't appreciate having to maneuver through a veritable wall of them to get to my front door as they seem to really love living in the wooden beams of our front porch. We managed to diminish their number a few years ago but this year they seem to have rebounded. It's a problem.

Even if we wanted to stay in #Baltimore City (we don't), we wouldn't be able to afford a nicer house here. At 3% (yes, three percent), even if we bought what is considered to be a nice house outright in cash with no mortgage, we would never be able to afford the property taxes.

@vees The property taxes alone in Baltimore City for a house assessed at $250K is $10,500 annually. Not sure how much your friends'houses are assessed at but it sounds comparable.
