@southernwolf It’s actually been great. Had quite a few kernel and firmware updates that installed and worked without a hitch. I’ve been really happy with the distro so far. The only issue I have experienced is battery life (the drain has been significant) and I believe I’ve narrowed it down to the Nvidia GPU. I’m looking at a couple of options as workarounds, but I wont tackle those til tomorrow. If it’s not one thing, it’s always another 😉.

@gnemmi The feeling is mutual, brother! #GShocks have to be experienced in order to be appreciated 😉 .I love having a solid time piece without having all the tracking, monitoring and nagging of a modern day 'smart watch'. #Casio is on the right track, imo.

@gnemmi @IPXFong @ParadeGrotesque Gonzalo, I have had issues with Multiband 6 syncing as well. I found this app and it synced my watch every time. It's an iPhone app, so I don't know if it will help. @stefano I'm just glad that there are alternatives available for those who are seeking them.I was a big fan of Windows back in the XP days. I moved to MacOS shortly after Vista came out. I tried some Linux distro back in '06 but it never stuck with me back then.However, today we live in another era where alternatives have significantly evolved and there are more people finding them viable and useful. I think many new adopters are expressing their enthusiasm albeit hardhandedly.
