@jeff yeah that's gotta suck. I've been experimenting with kodi and some other Foss software to see if I can cook up a Frankensteined Foss Chromecast but, nothing too great so far...Hopefully now that you know your issue you can prevent it from happening in the future now though lol

@jeff fair. I've eased off of google stuff for the most part so if it isn't available as a front end with invidious or piped I try to avoid it but, I can understand wanting the convience of how easy a Chromecast can be
