@ricci @czds weāre getting into our car at the local grocery store when a large pickup truck stopped behind us. The driver leaned out of the cab, started to say something, looking angry, stopped, looked at our car again, and said āHow do you like your car? I just bought one just like it. In fact, I thought that somehow you had stolen it, until I realized your car has plates and mine has temporary tagsā. Maybe this? Just looking for an out for you.

@futurebird yes, starting with Palm devices in the mid-90s, which was greatly enhanced by connectivity through Novatel Mobidem Sleds and OmniSky, switching to iPhones in late 2007. Even that early, meetings with Palm engineering convinced me they were, unfortunately, doomed

@ricci I was early to Twitter, and even got contacts and speaking engagements through it. It made my blog superfluous. Though the final nail in that coffin was the end of b2evolution.

@futurebird one place, some time ago, painted the ceiling a light blue with white and pearled faux/sponge areas for a cloudy effect. A gradation from the white walls to a pearled or other color might make the curve stand out
