@zeropolitics @SirDingus The Russians are mostly a kleptocracy, which is similar to Mussolini's Fascism (all the modern feudal philosophies are), but that's only because these are all symptoms you can find in Feudalism, regardless of the specific flavor.It seems likely you think Russia is the "bad guy" in the Ukraine war. They started the violence and crossed the border, so I'd be inclined to agree. On the other hand, Ukraine is also a dogshit country run by scumbags and fruitcakes, so there is no "good guy" in this situation. From an American perspective, there's absolutely no reason for us to get involved and a lot of reasons to stay out of the mix.And let me be clear, that I will shoot Democrats right here LONG before I will go there to shoot Russians.Speaking of guns, I build them as a hobby. They essentially poll people around them to figure out they they should feel about something, and then go with that choice.The roughly 30% of the population who base decisions on reason and logic tend to be more skeptical and contrarian, and find it easier to stand up against the flow of the masses. For a lot of us, it's almost our default setting, even when we know they're probably right.But for the majority, it's very difficult for them to stand up to that kind of collective pressure. From that perspective I can understand them. It allows me to not hate them for their choices, but I don't forgive them.
