@tek I do it, and it does not sound "fun" the least. It is quite a learning experience, but it is by no means "fun". Satisfying? Maybe, if just for bragging rights. But "fun"? Maybe in a perverse way.

When I used to commute, sometimes I used my laptop for making electronic music: ambient, sound sculpting or weird electronica. One day, a bunch of kids entered the wagon, eager to disturb some folks. @stefano They teased me, telling me that I was "too old" for this sort of stuff, but then they stared at my laptop, now an impromptu magical musical instrument in an hypnotic state while I showed them what they COULD do. When I arrived at my destination, I gave them the link to Reaper. Some days later, I met one of them in train and he told me that he downloaded the DAW and started playing with it.

@futurebird I *stopped* using Google altogether, even though other search engines are a pale shadow of Google-that-was, at least I get fewer "corrections"
