@stux @EUCommission There is something in Roman Law called retroactivity, which is applied only if it's beneficial to the recipients of that regulation.So, if you bought Assassin's Creed Origins in 2016 without that clause, and afterwards that clause is made effective, it only affects to people who bought the game after that change.However, if something in the EULA is removed or changed for the better, it affects to every body, no matter what.Not sure if it's the same in Common Law.

@stux I can't fathom why a country stops working and goes shutdown when a general budget, or federal budget, is not approved.Can't they, like, extend the last year budget for another year? That's how European countries work.
