@EU_Commission@social.network.europa.eu I wish people would stop saying, "Слава Україні" especially in reference to a guy who proudly wears the symbol of Ukrainian nationalism. The corruption at the highest levels within the EU, the disturbing practices within Ukraine, and the use of the EU by the US to stop German and French sovereignty dead in its tracks is not a good thing. Keep stepping up the sanctions? Or are you just mad that you can't starve and kill Russians like you do to Syria?

@EU_Commission@social.network.europa.eu It's almost like Ukraine and certain other states had a system to keep European women in science that was working just fine before the '90s rolled around..... something something Republic? Had to do with a social-ish(?) whatchamacallit.

@EU_Commission@social.network.europa.eu Apparently more democracy means more hate crimes, less funding for social programs, and the constant fear that Russians and the Chinese are secretly controlling all the media, banks, politics, and elections. Don't you guys have fascists working for your governments and law enforcement? True democracy here folks. Just keep blaming it on [insert foreigner group here]. The UK, Canada, and US are your role models right now. That's not a good thing.

@schmaker @EU_Commission@social.network.europa.eu @JoeQuinlan Bombing civilians and backing far-right death squads to own the Russians, huh? If you have to work with the US to make yourself look good, you must be in pretty bad shape after looking at the last 70 yrs of history. Good luck supporting regimes backed by Wall St. and London. Pinochet's Chile, Suharto's Indonesia, the White Army, original KMT, Imperial Japan, the Contras, etc. I wonder how this one will end.

@schmaker @JoeQuinlan The US is additionally actively engaged in economic warfare against the EU, and most harshly and most overtly its brotherly neighbors in Cuba. They are cannibalizing the EU and hoping the violently overthrow Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. I'd also say that a significant amount of funding goes toward covert action in Mexico and interference in the personal affairs of Canada (Canada and the EU must go through the US and UK when making decisions).

@schmaker @JoeQuinlan Point is that the speaker clearly does not represent the views of the country as he was banned and condemned. Also, these territories are now a part of Russia and Russia cannot take Russian territory. The elections appeared legitimate. What else can I say? Do I need to dig around and find another country in the last 2 years where they annexed territory and had an incident where someone talked about burning babies, just to prove a point?

@EU_Commission@social.network.europa.eu Cuba, Vietnam, North Korea, and fcking IRAN already did it lmao. How do you have all this money and resources to sit on your ass and still have to wait years to make progress? I guess that's "European values" for you.... gotta make sure your beautiful blonde-hair, blue-eyed white boys get all their goodies first. What a joke.

@AgreeableLandscape You're looking at the views of people in the US and US-allied in the military and intelligence, as well as the interests of very rich people in Europe. It is representative of a very small minority in the world. Your average person in the US doesn't care enough to talk about politics, much less on a platform like Reddit. Even politically active Americans are avoiding platforms like Twitter or Reddit. All you have to do is give Americans more accurate news.

@AgreeableLandscape Sorry about it, I read too quick. The education has been failing for decades now, and the mainstream platforms bring out the worst in people. I can't even use platforms like Reddit or Twitter for anything useful. They treat questions like insults to their intelligence, and answers like opinions that need to be challenged as if we're in the court room.

Just found it interesting how someone called me out for being a filthy Leninist recently, but they used a very old screenshoot. I always thought it was easy to see that Nazi Germany was the bad guy of the 20th Century, while the USSR was the main contribution to anti-colonial and anti-imperialist struggles. Apparently, some people think modern states like Latvia, Poland, Ukraine are the "good guys" and that teaming up with Franco and the fascist Portuguese state was a good thing.

It's always strange that these accusations would go against such a small and unpopular account like my own. This is modern day political organization: calling out an internet user that no one cares about in order to ignore actual fascism. Apparently I don't know anything about history... censor all left-wing dissent while allowing the far-right to make gains off popular discontent. We have to remember that the "Leninists" fought against fascism, while the Social-Democrats enabled the Friekorps.

Let them continue blocking the "filthy Leninists" and maybe they'll see what the actual anti-Communists get into. Hint: organizing people against Communists, using historical revisionism, and co-opting revolutionary leftist terminology doesn't lead to a better outcome. Maybe in a few years they'll be proud of their European ethnostate when they have to pay all their income to hyper-privatized goods offered at a markup by the US Empire.

@pleiades Sounds like you're just asking about prisons now. Remember that it was the socialists, Communists, Soviet POWs, and ethnic minorities who were victimized by the concentration camps, and it was the Soviet troops who later liberated them. Why is a prison revelant to this discussion when we have actual documented mass-extermination camps that led to the deaths of millions?

@pleiades You despise both, yet deem prison sentences as far worse than an actual genocide? The Stanford prison experiment and history of revolutions shows everything we need to see, but to paint years in jail with pay, medical care, even weekends off, and to say it's the same as being exterminated for something as simple as your Jewish mother is absurd. The Nazis replicated their counterparts in Italy, Imperial Japan, the British Empire, centuries of colonization, and American Indian schools.

@pleiades After all, it was the Nazis who thought Jews are conspiring to take over the world, using Marx, Trotsky, Rosa Luxembourg as examples in their conspiracy theories. It was also the Nazis who refused to stop at simple prison sentences and instead moved to actual extermination. The USSR was a beacon of worker's rights following 1917, and led millions to their liberation. I didn't see anything like that occur with the rise of fascism, which Lenin warned about.

@EU_Commission@social.network.europa.eu Keep EU services inside, foster the development of homegrown solutions, keep user data strictly within the EU under data protection policies. If people want to give all their data to the CIA+FBI, they can use a VPN. Let the US corps come back, remove attachment to US, and exclude hostile entities from accessing the user data. People could freely pick their use of Chinese, American, European applications w/o threatening privacy+security.

Insane how the US gets to toy around with small or impoverished nations and then declare itself so powerful for doing so. Yet they never face Russia or China, never directly provoking the countries that can honestly fight back. Reminds me of Grenada.https://geopoliticaleconomy.com/2023/06/12/trump-venezuela-oil-coup/I love when people say I'm a Trump supporter for not going 100% on Democrats or supporting Ukraine. Trump is as much of their friend as Joe. I'm not even a part of their circle.

@signalapp What is the Truman National Security Project? WEF? Atlantic Council? US Dept of State? Or Whisper Systems, used in a CIA backed "revolution" in the Mid East, before being acquired by Twitter, also used to promote US-led foreign policy initiatives abroad with psyops, pushing news backed by British Intel., etc.? Why was Signal used in a recent CIA and Mossad backed scandal in Iran? Any ties to Radio Free Asia? My concerns would be lessened with the severing of phone # req
