Heute im HomeOffice: ein #Graureiher landet auf dem Nachbardach. Irgendwas stimmt nicht mit ihr/ihm. Es dauert eine knappe Stunde bis er es schafft sich in die Luft zu schwingen nur um 30m weiter 'in' einem Balkongeländer notzulanden. Dort bleibt er mehrere Stunden. Wikipedia erklärt mir, dass deren Revierkämpfe oft tötlich enden. 😟https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graureiher

Looking for an ancient toot of yours (or a fav or bookmark or media) and don't feel like scrolling down your own timeline for ages? Use the export function of mastodon and download everything at once. You can then search for a keyword or string you are looking for in outbox.json and then do a backward search for: object":{"id":what follows this string is the URL of the toot you are looking for.#NoteToSelf I'm sure I've been through this already...

Heute eine kleine Fahrradtour mit den Kindern zu einer Eisdiehle im Nachbardorf. Aus meiner Kindheit kann ich mich an den Anblick solcher Mohnfelder gar nicht erinnern. Es ist ein Feld des Dottenfelder Hofs.

Hello #PeerTube people! Is there a way to export the accounts one is subscribed to? I looked for it and didn't find it in the settings, the bug tracker (https://github.com/Chocobozzz/PeerTube/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+subscription) tells me "migration" is not implemented yet, but I just want to preserve the accounts I'm following in case my instance goes down. Like an OPML export for feeds. Is there any better way than remember to write the account URL/handle in a noted book and put it under your pillow when you start subsribing to a new account?

Ich würde gerne mal jemanden mit dem #Fahrrad besuchen fahren (180km). Ich fahre zwar viel Fahrrad, aber selten mehr als 10km am Stück. Also habe ich heute mal angefangen mich da ranzustasten. Eine 60km Tour nach Mainz stand auf dem Programm. Lief ganz gut, aber das herrliche Wetter war nicht geeignet die Zeit realistisch zu messen. Soo viele Leute unterwegs! Also bin ich ganz entspannt geradelt, bin oft abgestiegen und habe Fotos gemacht. Dafür fand' ich 5 Stunden gar nicht schlecht.

#question on #accessibility Quite a while ago (one year+ maybe) I saw a post with a sound file demonstrating how hard it is to follow if someone used #emojis excessively and you are using a #ScreenReader. I searched left and right and could not find it anymore. I'm grateful for any hints!Thanks!
