       @h4kor yes :) in our latest major release we’ve added a bunch of protections (such as optionally requiring signin for expensive routes, and a QoS system for prioritizing requests) plus performance refactoring to decrease impact.        @alcea @jti42 Our latest major release even cut resource usage by 25%, and optimized a bunch of things so it’s even more friendly to self-host. We definitely encourage that than a centralized platform, which is why we are excited for federation:)
