I remember him discussing the keylogging stuff several times. Secretly recording and spying on people in hopes he can use it against somebody is his way of life. I'm sure his email is full of such attempts.Because control of Ralph's life constantly slips through his fingers through his addictions and vices, it makes sense he'll do whatever it takes to attempt controlling and spying on others, when it doesn't work he goes rage pig.

Unless it has changed, Ralph never figured out how to encode his streams properly, so thanks to the extra high bitrate for a mostly static screen, his streams cost 5x as much per hour to host, and now he is doing hour after hour of them.
