@cy @cooper when you report a toot from another server, you can choose to report anonymously to the other server's admin as well.Haven't tried out yet though.I assume if the moderators of each server disagree alot or just ignore each other's report that could result in a server block.

@spolsky being able to reproduce most/all problem on your local dev environment.Lesser experienced developers painfully deploy, try manually, or just wait many times per day while with some effort they could simulate whatever bug they try to fix in a unit test.

@etherdiver What bugs me, If I play a greatest hits cd from my own, a (long dead or retired) an artist gets nothing. While if I buy an album or single, the artist gets paid even when playing it just once.For Spotify, it's completely opposite of the above.

@tante @purple google is frustrated: Microsoft got away with training their chatbot using data harvested via their search engine. Google didn't because they knew that is illegal and wouldn't get away with it. #chatgpt

@wogan @searls I think 'we' are people with above average adhd, add or autism aka nerds. We grew up with no to little internet or other distraction, so programming was all we had to get stimulus.A big problem for younger generation with similar traits as 'us' is the unlimited distraction of games and social media.Modern-day nerds play games or watch short videos all day instead of programming #actuallyadhd
