@ohyran Looked it up, it's only girth, length is similar acc source I found (not an extensive search). There was a mention that size may be related to tendency of both bonobo and chimpanzee to use their penis for display, so perhaps in humans it's all for dick pics.

@tek Heh, at my last job I got so fed up with some of the remarks going on in my department and was fed up with having to always be the one person to counter it that I went to my manager. Someone afterwards asked 'who snitched' and I said I did, because I don't owe you emotional labour , especially after having done that from '96 onward working in tech. Still pleased with my decision. Made my life a lot easier.

@tek Supposedly (not tried yet) dehydrated watermelon (really) makes a good meat replacer (with added flavouring)! So watermelon pizza feasible..

A friend of mine reminded me I may have to start talking about aspects of my transition. I am a very private person though and although I respect those who are able to share, I'm more of an introvert when it comes to dealing with these very private matters.

@CharredStencil It wasn't said to me in so many words, just our conversation reminded me of the fact that I may have to speak about things. Have to because things kept in the dark tend to eat you. They reminded me that words can also have value to others.

@sir Ok. I've been lurking in 'plan 9 space' for a bit. I an not certain what gap it will fill in my life, so I am curios, why (practical, philosophical, or otherwise) should I try it? (genuinely curious, not got much time next to my degree to honestly do the research)

@moonman @Ca_Gi @isolategab @hakui @stevenroose Fascists have a history, at least where I'm from, of purposefully targeting burgeoning youth movements to spread their ideology. And even though many of these youth movement started off being non-fascists many of them are now wholesale commonly associated with fascism (skinhead and black metal culture for example), ruining scenes for everyone else. Not allowing them to do that here can be seen as a form of self defence.
