@moonmanWe enjoyed Tokyo more than Kyoto I think. At least I did. Though our favourite city was probably Sendai. We're not really nightlife people tho, we're more Buddhist restaurant and aquarium people. :) Though the best pizza I've ever had was in Kyoto! @maswan

@sean I don't know if this is a problem with people not caring or more not really knowing where and how to engage. I mean, Project Gutenberg has been running for years, and Moby Dick, uploaded in 2008, only has 8778 downloads. Outside the super popular titles, it's only 10s or 100s.I think with free there's often also an ease-of-use barrier, which paid subscription services overcome as part of their walled model. You don't have to make choices, you just buy their hardware, click and go.

@seb (Stating the obvious) I also think a CERT should avoid getting into content moderation block lists and leave those to local admins or admin groups, any CERT block lists ought to focus on bad actors in the technical arenaOverlap when it comes to some kinds of attacks (e.g. disinfo bot farms) could make it appear a CERT is trying to make content moderation decisions if people don't understand the mechanisms behind those actors, but I guess that's where education comes in@jerry
