@evelyn @shibao damn that's surprisingly cheap on ebay. Fan might be a little loud but I have a similar Cisco switch (WS-C3750X-48PF-S) and it wasn't noticeable over the other garbage. Hopefully it isn't picky about cables. If you have issues there, fs.com sells Avaya/Nortel compatible transceivers.

@wikifarms @josh The easy route is to get ISPs to block the site through DNS poisoning. Some ISPs will intercept unencrypted DNS so it's important to not just change DNS servers, but also use something like DoH or dnscrypt.

@ned @Dan_Ramos @philcolbourn You can sign a valid certificate for an IP address. The subject alternative name field supports IPv4 and IPv6. That's how https://1.1.1.1/ works.LE does not support issuing certs for IPs but apparently ZeroSSL does.
