Hearing about how in the US pigs are so full of antibiotics (specifically antimicrobial growth promoters) that a sneeze will kill them, while in the EU regular feeding is partially banned since 2006 and fully banned since 2022…it just comes to show how wide the gap between the two is becoming

@bugaevc It's weird. To many, the point of a distro is to have a working and reliable system, not a curated app repo. Distros will exist as usual regardless. There is, however, a clear dissonance between app dev and distro packager interests (one wants everyone to have the app work the same everywhere, the other wants apps to live for as long as a distro version does) – so for people who want both, what's the right tradeoff?

@cadey In most cases, I find most people do this to everyone else to some degree. They might hope well… and that's it, just hope things happen on their own. Neurodivergent people are typically the exception, and yet not consistent.
