i'm hoping no other social media sites uses blue sky's protocol this could cause a issue to where there are two fediverse's is just because some AI tech Bros wanted to make their own even though there's already a very capable protocol it's called activity pub, use itthis really bugs the crap out of me because there's gonna be a fence between these two protocols for no reason there's going to be a divide#blueSky

@jellyosaurus that doesn't make sense blue sky can't federate with Mastodon ATP I believe is its own separate protocol meaning they're not a part of the fediverse

@arcanicanis @jellyosaurus well when i think of Fediverse I am thinking of platforms that integrate activity pub and any that don't i don't consider them a part of the fediverseif I can't follow somebody with my Mastodon account it's not a part of the fediversewhat you are describing is the blue sky verse

It baffles me how Sony is requiring a PSN account to play hell divers 2 on steam and a lot of countries don't have PSN support that means they bought a product at full price just for it to be taken away like "Sony giveth and taketh away".How is this actually legal?.Am I missing something?.
