@Ytrezar I have a colleague at work who always say "Test is for weak people" XDAnyway writing 150 lines of code without testing does not seem a problem to me. As long as you don't roll out to Production without testing :blobcatevil:

Hey people o/I am currently thinking about renting a VPS in order to mainly store some file (via OwnCloud or similar app) + some P2PI haven't used VPS since more than 5 years so I am not aware of what is available on the market. Is OVH still good for VPS or do you recommend any other?

@NekoSock Thank you very much! I am indeed in France and I never heard about them but the offers look good. Particularly in their VPS storage (same price but more disk space without SSD, but I don' t have big performance constraints). I will digg more into their offer (and try to get some few days of free testing of their offer)

@absturztaube @Ste1lar I wish :-P But the whole instance is blocked by my corporate firewall so this means I wouldn't be able to use from my work place (according to them it is lewd stuff :-P)

@freemo thanks for your detailed message. I am indeed interested but I am a bit scared that my recurrent boost of anime topics/post might irritate some people. I just at a look at your instance and people seem serious and have interesting things to say. While on my I side I might only say interesting stuff 10% of the time and 90% "shitposting" 😄 You can check on my previous post and have an idea. However if it is not a problem for you I would gladly give a try

@p @wowaname @absturztaube @TheGibson @Ste1lar @0x00 thanks all for your inputs. This is really helpfull and I really appreciate it. I am starting to review the list of instances and trying to make up my mind. For now there is 2 new criteria I am taking in account: I want ideally to be able to conenct to the instnace website even when I am at office and unfortunatly for me the corporate firewall seems to block access to some of the instnaces and I have no idea who filled it its blacklist. The other crieteria is that I am a bit reluctant to try out Pleroma instances ^_^ Anyway I have al lthe information I need now I need to give a try and choose an instance. Thanks again all!
