@neauoire tools like jekyll etc are great because they enable to do things. But it's at the cost of obfuscating and mystifying what is actually required to do these things. If you build the stack high enough you'll forget what you were supposed to do in the first place.

@paul I think it's because its the repo, so could be because they consider the audience there to be slightly different than their website.The website has a very different copy on the front page :)

@neauoire @peregrine gets better with time, but you're right, it's mostly great for transcription of speech, for regular thinking you're supposed to think slowly enough that it doesn't matter too much. But it's a fun rabbit hole to get into

Having a baby pretty much killed my drive to write music. But it didn't kill my joy of creating, I just went back to drawing instead. Feels like an old friend coming back :)

I still enjoy music but I mostly just play acoustic guitar for the baby. Drawing has the benefit of being a much quieter activity and can be done when the baby is sleeping.
