My friend @xrasl and I spent the whole morning trying to run #Guix on a #Pinebook Pro having some drivers available and stuff like that and we managed to make it connect to the internet via Wifi!If anyone is interested, we made a package for the wifi firmware:http://git.elenq.tech/guix-packages/tree/pbp-wifi.scm

This is a shoe I made. I did everything by #hand.The patterns are from here:https://www.alvartrail.se/It's a #barefoot shoe, it's designed to be minimalist, easy to repair and good on the foot (not like most of the modern shoes).I measured my foot incorrectly or maybe I used a slightly thick leather and it's a little bit small for me. It doesn't matter because it was a test I did with some leather I had from a wallet I made.#leatherwork #shoemaking

Kudos to the one that solves this poltergeist:I have program written in #guile that makes http requests.I made a `guix pack -f deb` for a friend and he tries to use it.The program explodes saying `getaddrinfo: Servname not supported for ai_socktype`.Wtf is going on here?This is your chance to earn internet points!! Don't waste it.

Here some sketches for the mongol archer miniature I want to make. Also there's a kakuna in the middle for no reason.The pencil is a gift I didn't expect from a friend, from a trip she did to Florence some weeks ago. The kakuna is the first drawing I do with that pencil, the heads are also done with that. The thumbnail was done earlier.#mastoart

At this moment of time, few hours from my 35th birthday, being a father, I feel the urge to write my own replacement for the C standard library and a C89 compiler that uses it, so I can write my text editor later, and my scheme implementation and operating system.
