@kaia @SuperDicq lean is about being efficient and eliminate anything unnecessary. Scrum is a defined framework that that has is efficient but just makes the development team a machine without any personal level development. Like developers do not do architecture or important decisions. They just follow a plan.

By framework, I do not mean the technological piece of software like react to next, but the actual guidelines, how we work, the best practices and then the tools inside the software itself and outside it, and the best way to do work.Inside e.g. a nice handy helper function.Outside, e.g. a static analysis tool to reduce feedback time.

Programing by Accident, is when the working stare of software is just by accident. It could arise of multiple cycles of write random code, mess around and see if it works. Or if that a combination of or or more bugs give a good result.
