I hope filtering out certain people will help me focus.Whether it's to criticize them or laugh at them, talking about a person increases the attention on them... it's (free) advertising and enables them to shape what we talk about, where we focus our emotional energy

Chatting with classmate about getting good #sleepFar and away the biggest improvement for me came from some phone related stuff:- keeping phone as much as possible out of bedroom- actually switching it off every night (get a separate, non-smart alarm clock)
