I thought Amanda Gorman's inaugural poem, The Hill We Climb, was beautiful, inspirational and motivating. I can't believe anyone could possibly have an issue with it. (Then again, I'm not a hateful bigot, so I guess I don't see "wrong" as they might see it). But, please read it and see what you think.

I am not a monster. I mourn every loss of life. I have lost people dear to me and I know how devastating life is for those left behind.Everything that I have said regarding the submersible tragedy victims was said to question why so many were concerned about this loss and not the thousands of others occurring on a daily basis. As I said in a previous post, adjust your sympathies.

Stacey Adams delivered 2 Democratic US senators from GA and LaTosha Brown helped seat Doug Jones. Three Black women founded Black Lives Matter.
