@nergal Yes, I’m blind. I don’t think I know what X-forms is. We just have this stupid Word Document that we have to fill out when we miss a time clocking in and at work and Orca doesn’t like editable tables in LO and Google Docs.

@nergal Mmm, I'd rather the Latex be the form if possible, and the PDF be the output. After all, my boss has the sign the PDF and send it off anyway.

Ubuntu users, please take note, and boost if possible, this bug report about installer issues with Orca. The OS installer is the first thing many users will experience of an OS, and since, for better or worse, Ubuntu is the "flagship" end-user-facing Linux distro, accessibility should be kinda important. I know, volunteers and accessibility don't pay the bills and all that. Whatever. I'm done discussing that, I'm tired of excuses. Just finished The Veil, a video game completely in audio, on itch.io, Steam, and XBox. It was one of my favorite games! I mean, wow! Now, the combat can be a little slow and predictable, and the story is ... well, not Final Fantasy deep but deeper than I think any audio game has gone into, with many quests and stuff. Definitely fun, and easy enough for anyone, non-blind and blind alike, to play. And the blind character is actually given dignity and respect, while still given agency and detail, and Investiture um I mean magic!#a11y #gaming #accessibility

@gracefullydegrading Nah, I like interaction. Its the projects that don't interact, or just say "fix it yourself because you're like blind so you're gifted right?" kinda stuff I don't like. But questions like this though, I like it. I can anways inform those who want to be. :)

@sullybiker Yep, just wait; in the next few years: "We've now launched SlackOS! It's like that old Emacs thing people used to use but hey hey don't search or hat no one uses that anymore! Now SlackOS is an entire OS on top of your old crappy Windows OS, or Mac we guess, all built on the sustainable foundations *leans in close* of the *web*!" Maybe if I predict it, it won't come true.

@penny Hello! I'm a very weird person that's blind, and someone told me to tell you that you're cute so I'm not sure what you look like but I'm sure you're cute.
