@georgia @lucy I think it's a useful term, especially if you're trying to find the root of conflict with cultural issues -- moving away from black/white and to American/Japanese where "general loudness" is a microaggression, the use is observable to me.

@georgia @lucy I know it's often misused, which just adds to the shame of the situation. Eventually we're all just yelling.

America feels very french right now. Palace of Versailles, Mar-a-Lago, where the police are wondering why the disenfranchised don't care about limits, and the "law and order" comes across as a plea to wait for manufacturing to come back -- that was black backbone, and it's been gone for a long while, middle-class candles burn from the bottom up; chaz looking goofy but you all forgot Chapman, you all forgot subcity, that has to come back. You're looking stocks neglecting the infrastructure, and what I hope my fellow anarchists realize is that subversion was never cheaper, opposition was never more expensive, and the DNC riling up the useful idiot racebaiters has happened at every election in recent history: so perhaps it's the anxiety circus that it's meant to be. Long term plans have not changed a bit. Aquaponics for food security is in the works, land is cheap, and historical limits (like soil quality, and grow seasons) are falling away. Did you know that oil companies pay as much as $600k per day to rent their platforms? Such greedy landlords. Now they're all in trouble, money is acting weird. Decoherence is fun.

@lanodan because it would solve supported browser issues, so maybe it's related, but also you would know if that was a dumb idea i think? wasn't meant to bother.

Ok, we're up and running on the new host. Went from 20gb to 250gb. Emoji are not yet copied over, but I'll do that later. For now things should be stable. Please ping if any issues.

@brother @moth sorry, this is why I should sleep regularly. “cult of the husk moth” is a phrase I’ve been playing with. I wish I could coherently weave personas into some story, but I think disjointed is the most I can hope for.
